	WRITTEN TRANSLATION Each document or file you deliver to Trio Translation is considered as a new project and assessed with diligence and care. Therefore, the translation work requires some particular time period for completion in a satisfying manner. Trio Translation categorizes its translators according to their expertise areas. All translators comply with punctuality, confidentiality and work quality principles. Written translation process is completed in 3 steps: 1. We need receiving your translation project by e-mail, facsimile or printed document to quote Time and Price. 2. The translation is directed to an expert translation according to the content of the translation considering your notes or recommendations if any. Thus, total price and delivery date of the translation work is determined. The translator starts translating after we get your approval to do so. 3. The proof-readers read the translated version of the document received from the
	translator and control terminology and page layout of the document. The translated project is sent to you on electronic media or as printed document according to your preference. The Company also undertakes to take translated document to the Notary Public for notarization purposes provided that all related costs are covered by the client. It is generally preferred in short technical or official meetings. Our interpreters for English and French languages provide consecutive translation before notary public or courts. SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION SERVICES It is an interpretation technique preferred for meetings, seminars or other organizations with bilingual or multilingual audience group. The interpreter sitting inside a specially designed interpretation boot simultaneously interprets into the target language using a headset comprising an earphone and microphone. The translation is conveyed to the audience through special audio system.
